Here are the answers to some of the frequently asked questions that we receive.

What do you Inspect and report on ?

    Exterior of Property

    All Rooms Inside The Property

    Conservatory

The details from these inspections will appear in our "Plain English" comprehensive report, which is presented in an IBIS 2000 hard cover.

The report will include full colour photos.

 

How can I receive my final report ?

Your comprehensive "Plain English" report which comes in a "hard cover" will be posted to you.

An electronic copy will also be emailed to an address of your choice.

As we deal with a lot of International customers who require the information for their decision making, "quicker than the international postal services" in these cases we also email the report direct to their email address, and are pleased to offer our New Zealand customers the same service. Should you specifically require the report to be couriered, this will incur an additional charge. 

 

Can you provide a Rental Warrant Of Fitness report ?

Yes we can.

If you own or are living in a rental property we can provide a Rental Warrant Of Fitness.

Using a standardised rating system of A - F, our Rental WOF gives both landlords and tenants a comparable measure of the quality of the property.

A Rental WOF can be completed in less than 60 minutes.

What criteria is the property assessed on for a Rental WOF ?

Some of the criteria are :

    Heating

    Electrical Safety

    Working Smoke Alarms

    Insulation

    Weather-tightness

    Soundness

    Security

 

Are you really available 24 hours a day ?

Quite simply yes.

For phone calls with inspection during normal working hours Monday to Friday.

Although we would prefer that non urgent issues are dealt with during 9am - 5pm (NZ Time).
